Terms & Conditions

	“Us”, “we”, “our”, “6030”, “Online Shop” or “the site” refers to 6030 Sports, operated by Sixty Thirty Sports Limited (UK Registered Company No. 07058912, VAT No. GB 983527483), located at Unit D21, Chelworth Industrial Estate, Cricklade, Wiltshire, SN6 6HE.
	These Terms govern the contract between you and us when using the Online Shop or purchasing products. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
	We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Online Shop constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Using the Online Shop

	Users must be aged 18 or over and purchase items using their own identity and payment details.
	We reserve the right to terminate access if we believe these Terms have been breached or fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.

Payment

	We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Visa Electron. Payments are charged upon order submission and are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer.
	We do not accept PayPal, cheques, money orders, or direct deposits.

Delivery

	Delivery is available to mainland Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not ship overseas.
	Orders are dispatched on weekdays. Delivery may take up to 7 days. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

	We do not currently offer exchanges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
	To request a refund, contact sales@6030sports.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
	Items must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Refunds may be refused if items are returned in poor condition.

Defective or Damaged Products

If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. Used or tampered items will not be refunded.

Privacy & Data Protection

	Personal data is collected only to process orders, deliver products, and provide customer service. We do not sell or share your personal information.
	All sensitive data is protected using SSL encryption and PCI-compliant security standards.
