Returns Policy

6030 Sports – Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 6030 Sports. This page explains how returns, exchanges and faulty item claims work. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.


1. Standard Returns (Changed Your Mind?)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:
• Items must be unused and unworn.
• All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
• Items must be in resaleable condition.
• We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

2. Exchanges (30 Days)

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:

• Exchanges are for the same item only (size or colour change).
• The replacement item must be the same price.
• Customers are responsible for return postage.
• Customers are responsible for postage of the replacement item.

If you would like a different product or price variation, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty, the following items cannot be returned:

• Tights / hosiery
• Underwear or base layers worn against skin
• Socks
• Mouthguards (unless sealed and unopened)
• Water bottles
• Personalised or customised products

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact support@6030sports.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault (where applicable)

We may request the item be returned for inspection. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and timing of the claim. We will cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faulty goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


5. Refund Timeframes

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving returned goods. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after confirmation, please contact us.


6. Misuse & Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or restrict accounts where we believe items have been used beyond reasonable inspection, altered, deliberately damaged, or where excessive return behaviour is identified.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
